ParaCare is our basic WordPress care plan for the out-of-the-box WordPress website to keep it in good shape & health.

*WordPress themes – if you use a premium purchased theme on your website, the purchase license number should be updated/activated in the backend. Your account access to the marketplace (from where you purchased the theme) may be required in case of major theme updates.

If you got your website custom-developed from another development company or a developer with whom you don’t work anymore for whichever reason, we might not be able to keep the website theme updated. There are times when developers don’t use or follow industry WordPress coding standards, in which case, the theme breaks when newer versions of WordPress CMS are released. In such a case, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.

*WordPress plugins – if your website uses premium purchased plugins, the purchase license number should be updated/activated in the backend. Your account access to the various marketplaces (from where you purchased the various plugins) may be required in case of major plugin updates.

If there is any plugin on your website that was custom-built by the previous developer, we might not be able to support it. We will offer an alternate solution to it if the same can’t be updated or breaks during the overall update process of your website.

*Basic website speed optimisation – When you sign up with us, we will do a basic website audit for speed and security. If we find any major blockages in your website that hinder your website’s performance, we will let you know about it.

Website SEO audit report – Our WordPress website SEO experts will analyse your website and create a report on how optimised your current website is for the various search engines.

Please note: Only the tasks that are included in the above list will be executed in this plan. This plan doesn’t include any kind of search engine optimisation, pay-per-click advertising (PPC), conversion rate optimisation (CRO), or social media marketing.
